In-Game Cheats And Teleporting Menu

Adds a mouse-driven in-game cheats menu (default key: Insert) packed with pre-built cheat and teleport buttons, and lets you add your own cheats and teleport locations through simple config files.

Requirements
- ⚠ Dev mode: launch the game with the -devmode flag.
Notes
Extract to the main KCD2 game folder or install with Vortex. Menu opens with the Insert key. Bundled cheats work without devmode since v1.0.5, but teleporting still requires launching with -devmode. Includes Debug Tools (force save, inspect nearby entities).
